why mandy
biab isn't hard to find — plenty of places offer it. what's different is how mandy works.
she builds around your natural nail, not over it. she doesn't do acrylics: she developed contact dermatitis from them years ago, and it reshaped how she works. everything she uses now is hema-free and gentler, chosen for how it holds up on real nails — not just how it looks on day one.
one client at a time, unhurried. she'll tell you honestly what your nails can take, and she won't infill over work she can't vouch for — because the wrong product underneath is usually what causes the damage. she'd rather do less and have your nails healthier for it.
tools sterilised and run through an autoclave between every client. quiet, careful, and built around the condition of your nails, not just the finish.
the process
consultation — mandy gets to know your nails first: nail beds, cuticles, skin, any allergies, because the same product doesn't suit everyone.
your appointment — it starts with an efile manicure to prep the natural nail, then she applies the builder and finishes with gel colour, a french, or nail art — whatever suits you. unhurried, one client at a time, in her own room at ren — no rushing, no upselling.
upkeep — builder gel holds for a few weeks. come back for an infill to keep the shape and strength rather than starting over: she removes the old product first, re-manicures, then rebuilds. infills run about an hour and a half, with nail art on top.

coming from another salon?
mandy doesn't infill over other salons' work — not to be difficult, but because she can't be sure what product is underneath or how it'll wear, and because lower-quality products have set off her own allergies before. if you're switching, she'll safely remove what's there and start you fresh. it lasts better, and it's kinder on your nails.
